The location is quite remote, and the facilities are not up to par with other hotels in the area. the room was small, and the bathroom was basic. the breakfast was average, and there were hardly any options for vegetarians. the view from the hotel was underwhelming.
The service at the hotel was quite disappointing. the staff seemed indifferent and did not go out of their way to make the stay comfortable.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! the attention to detail was impeccable. From the beautifully designed interiors, with a stunning metal and glass staircase, to the clean and cosy rooms, every aspect of the hotel was well thought out. Secondly, the breakfast was absolutely amazing. With a wide variety of options including homemade cakes and freshly cut cured meats, it was a true delight. Lastly, the staff were beyond friendly and helpful, providing excellent restaurant recommendations and even catering for dietary restrictions, such as lactose-free options. All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations!
No complaints whatsoever, everything was perfect.

Over Easter we stayed in a renovated house in the middle of the vineyards. the rooms were cozy and clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We especially enjoyed the homemade chocolate cake and the local fresh fruits. the owners were friendly and gave us some recommendations on where to go hiking nearby. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area.
The lack of communication about the extra costs for transportation to nearby restaurants. We were also let down by the incompetent e-bike rental company recommended by the owners.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this beautiful B&B. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were cozy, spotless and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was definitely one of the best aspects of our stay, with an array of delicious options to choose from. We especially loved the homemade pastries and locally-sourced products.
Honestly, there was nothing we disliked about our stay. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding vineyards and easy access to nearby wineries and restaurants. The only downside was having to leave and go back to reality! We highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a romantic, relaxing and memorable stay in the Valpolicella region.
